LEARNING DJANGO- NEED HELP (ERROR 404)

NEED HELP-
I started learning Django, and was following tutorial from http://www.djangobook.com/en/1.0/chapter02/ , but when i started server after editing view file (followed tutorial as it is) getting error-

Page not found (404)
Using the URLconf defined in mysite.urls, Django tried these URL patterns, in this order:
^time/$
The current URL, , didn't match any of these.
